Pricing
- All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
- If VAT changes before dispatch and you haven’t paid, the rate will be adjusted.
- You’re charged at dispatch. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
- Late payments may incur 2% annual interest (above Bank of England base rate), calculated daily.
Product Information
- Unless stated otherwise, RABISA LTD is not the product manufacturer.
- Product colours may differ due to screen or packaging.
- Always read the labels and usage instructions.
- We may update products for legal, safety, or technical reasons — without affecting usability.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders processed Monday–Friday (same day if placed before 4 PM).
- Orders after 4 PM or on weekends/holidays are handled next working day.
- Delivery options and VAT-inclusive rates shown at checkout.
- Extra time may be needed during peak periods (sales, Christmas, etc.).
Delays & Non-Performance
- We’ll inform you if delays occur due to events beyond our control.
- No compensation offered for delays, but you can cancel and get a refund if the delay is significant.
- If we can’t fulfill the order due to such events, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation (Change of Mind)
- You can cancel within 14 days of delivery.

- If confirmed, we’ll send a free return label.

Warranty
- 12-month warranty on faults not caused by misuse/damage.
- Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.
- Follow standard returns process.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your Legal Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- Up to 30 days – Full refund for faulty items.
- Up to 6 months – Refund if repair/replacement fails.
- Up to 6 years – Partial refund if product fails prematurely.
Product Use
- Items are for home/home-office use only.
- Misuse or alteration may void warranty or return eligibility.
Customs (Outside Mainland UK)
- You’re responsible for import duties/taxes.
- Customs may inspect or delay parcels.
Ending the Contract
- We may cancel if you don’t accept delivery in a reasonable time.
- We may seek compensation for losses caused by this.
Our Responsibility
We’re not liable for:
- Unforeseeable losses
- Delays outside our control
- Losses due to ignoring usage instructions
- Business-related losses
✅ We are liable for fraud, negligence, death or personal injury caused by us.
Children
- We don’t sell to under-18s. Parental supervision required for purchases.
Privacy
- We handle your data as per our Privacy Policy (available on our website).
